ARE YOU IN LOVE? PART 1

The most misunderstood feeling of all times which people are never sure of is the subject of discussion today and I will publish a series of writings on this subject this week. Love has been defined by many in divers manners, such as, an affectionate feeling, care and concern for something or someone, passion or compassion and the description go on and on. While teaching in a classroom sometime ago, a student asked me "Who God is? My answer was "God is a mystery ". I further explained this to him, 'the more you know about Him, the more you discover you know nothing about Him. 1 John 4:8b says, "For God is Love ". With a mathematical approach, one can simply describe love as the feeling of God. So, if God is love and God is a mystery, then love is equally a mystery. The sweetest thing about mysteries is that they are revealed to certain people and today,I will reveal one of the mysteries of love. Love is a person that binds two people together under no

I WONDER HOW THIS WORLD WILL BE WITHOUT MEN.

Are you stunned at the fact that a woman is writing in favour of the male folks? You need not be dazed nor gripped in a faze as I solve this jigsaw puzzle. I chose to begin this way, Man, unlike woman, is beautiful, because man, unlike woman, is a thinking creature. This means,Man has a thirst for knowledge (he wants to know what the world around him looks like and how it functions).   Man thinks (he draws conclusions from the data he encounters).   Man is creative (he makes something new out of the information achieved by the above processes).   Man is sensitive (as a result of his exceptionally wide, multidimensional emotional scale, he not only registers the commonplace in fine gradations but he creates and discovers new emotional values and makes them accessible to others through sensible descriptions, or recreates them as an artist). Of all the qualities of man, which I can't exhaust, his curiosity is certainly the most impressive. His curiosity differs basically from that

ITS ALL LEFT IN YOUR HANDS TO DECIDE

A promising young monster had a dream of becoming a Scarer. That was his dream, his ambition , all he has ever prayed and lived for. He kept nursing his dream as he kept writing series of examinations just to gain admission into Monsters University. He failed severally till the day he got lucky and gained admission into the University. His first day in school, he observed what he never ever had thought about nor ever given a consideration which is "he is too handsome to be a monster".  All the monsters in his school looks like MONSTERS indeed. His handsomeness became his greatest challenge. Aside being a handsome monster, he's equally the smallest in size among his mates. Other monsters are gigantic in size and look like scarers but he looks so small.  This young monster was ridiculed by his mates, his lecturers, and was advised to quit nursing his dream of becoming a SCARER but he held on. He was determined to become a SCARER . Yeah! he read  extensively, he studie

BEST BEFORE IT BECOMES TOO LATE

Sometime ago I did something very nasty. I had some sachets of beverage which I started to use for tea but there was a problem, this tea product, would expire in few days. One day after the supposed expiry date, I picked up this beverage sachet and kept looking at it and it dawned on me that what was written there was not EXPIRY DATE but rather BEST BEFORE. I thought again, with this funny revelation I realized that what the manufacturer was saying is, this product is best used before so and so date but once its past that date, its BETTER afterwards and if its stays longer it becomes GOOD because it actually can't Jump from BEST to WORST. It has to go through GOOD, BETTER, BEST and probably come back through the same path! Well, I drank the stuff and praise God I've been alive since then, wait....Before you run off and start drinking expired products, note, whatever you take is at OWNERS' RISK, that was the last 'expired stuff' I ever took. But here is my point

THE FUTURE IS BRIGHTER THAN YOU THINK

Anxiety does not give you the size of your future. It gives you the size of your fears...There are people you were far better than but today, they are far better than you. Do you know why?. They never had the time you had in worrying about too many things. Winners don't rest on the foot of the mountain to count its height. They only count from its top when they are already there. Thats when they make their own fears if they have one really. Most mistakes people make don't come from necessities. They come from unnecessary fear. Nobody thought of using the stone on Goliath for 40 days. Rather, they thought of his size and records. We know how to think on the records of something. A woman can tell you, 'If I don't get married before I'm 40, menopause will catch up with me' and a man can say "if I don't get a well paid job, no woman will ever accept my hand in marriage ". She would tell you thousands of women who married late and things that happen

WHEN THE RIGHT THINKING IS GONE, THE RIGHT LIVING IS GONE

A mad Man walking on the street Stinks because his thinking is gone. So, the lack of thinking is the reason for stinking. When one cease to think, then stinking begins. When you see a life stinking, it simply means the mind is not thinking. My dear, it takes thoughts to see results because a blank mind equals a blank life. Where you are today is a product of the level of mentality you have exercised so far. Yes! Quote me anywhere. The quality of your life is determined by the quality and sanctity of your mentality. Lack of Mental strategies is the reason for physical struggles. Struggles are confirmation of strategy bankruptcy. Check it out, anywhere you see something progressing and someone succeeding... I bet you, there is strategy at work behind the scene. I don't just want to write an ordinary "have a blissful day "greetings to you...you already receive that on daily basis rather I want to spur your mind, motivate your soul, revitalize your thoughts, rise your s
